Links comes in 3 basic modules:-

1. Handicaps - CONGU registered software for men and women and CDH compatible for UK and Ireland. It has an internet interface which allows competition entry on line and access to each member’s handicap record and competition results. Features include Personal Score input (keypad or touch screen), pre-registration, performance indicators, Club Championships plus score card and label printing.
2. Bookings – Online and local bookings for Members or Visitors plus a check-in facility. Full statistical analysis and marketing information. Account maintenance for Agency bookings, Societies and corporate events. Fully integrated with PayPal for online transactions with proceeds going directly to your account. All databases are located on your premises meaning you have total control.
3. ePos – Fully functioning till software that works on standard computers. Can operate in a variety of modes – Bar, Restaurant, Shop or Reception. It can operate a member’s loyalty scheme or a member’s account with variable credit limits. Links works with touch screens, swipe cards and scanners. Full sales analysis and stock control.

The Links modules can work independently or in any combination. Each module comes with the following features:-

1. Full Membership package. This software handles all annual subscription, levies, entrance fees and Union fees. It has a Direct Debit facility, full membership analysis reports, bulk email and mail merge facilities.
2. Network up to 10 computers at any one time (plus unlimited internet users).

A Full Maintenance lease includes full software maintenance and support as well as free upgrades.

1. Single module - £450.00
2. Two modules - £750.00
3. All three modules - £900.00
4. DISCOUNT for online bookings and competitions - £200.00

If a Club requires a site visit for a new installation and/or training there is a fixed call out charge of £250 per day inclusive of all reasonable expenses.

VAT - the above prices are not subject to VAT.

In order to run Links the System Requirements are as follows:-

1. Computers must be running Windows XP or later
2. Broadband, preferably with a fixed IP address
3. It is highly recommended that Links is installed on a dedicated server (this is a standard computer set aside for the sole use of Links.

The following Terms and Conditions also apply:-

1. In order to install, maintain or upgrade the software the Club must agree to the installation of remote access software provided by Links (Logmein)
2. The internet service within Links requires a fixed IP address or a DNS2go service (provided by Links).
3. The Club will also be required to modify the router and firewall to allow access to Port 80 on the Links server.

If the Club wishes to cancel the Lease it may do so at anytime without notice. Our Cancellation Policy is that there is no refund but the software will continue to work normally until 30 days after the lease expiry date at which point it will revert to "read only" mode which gives access to the data bur prevents new data being added or processed.
