Maintenance Agreements, Web Hosting and Payment Terms

Maintenance Agreements

A Maintenance Agreement covers all software defects, software upgrades and email support for a period 12 months. Telephone support is also available foe emergencies during normal working hours with an out-of-hours answering service. Improper use of the software, backup failure, re-installation of the software and additional training are not included as part of the service. Software alterations may become part of the service if this is part of a general upgrade and not specific to one client.

It is not a requirement to have a Maintenance Agreement on our software. Simply contact us to have the software license free.

All invoices will be issued by email on, or after, the 20th of month being approximately 50 days before the renewal date. Renewal dates are always on the 1st of the Month.

Ten days prior to the renewal date a reminder will be issued if payment has not been received.

If payment has not been made by the renewal date the client's account will be downgraded to low priority.

If payment has still not been paid ten days after the renewal the account will be closed. In addition the software will automatically de-activate.

Web Hosting

Payment Terms

When invoices for goods or services other (not Maintenance Agreements and Web Hosting) payment is required within 10 days.

If payment is not made within 10 days then, on the 1st of the month following, the account will be downgraded to low priority and further, if there is a Maintenance Agreement or Web Hosting facility in place, the term for this will be reduced proportionately and the procedures for Maintenance Agreements and Web Hosting will apply.

Payment

The preferred method of payment is directly into our Bank account (the details are on the invoice). We also accept cheques (preferably in Sterling) made payable to Archie Provan. Or payment can be made by Credit or debit card to our PayPal account archieprovan@btinternet.com
